1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, purchasing, or using services from Scoop Paw Doo LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all one-time, recurring, residential, and commercial pet waste removal services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services Provided
Scoop Paw Doo LLC. provides pet waste removal and related yard cleanup, sanitation, deodorizing, and other yard care services as offered from time to time. Service details, frequency, pricing, and included features may vary based on your selected plan, property conditions, number of pets, yard size, and location.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our services, service areas, pricing, and packages at any time, with reasonable notice for recurring customers when required.
3. Service Eligibility
To receive service, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old and authorized to request service for the property.
- You will provide accurate contact, billing, and property access information.
- The property is located within our active service area.
- Pets on the property will be secured as needed to allow safe service access.
We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unsanitary beyond normal scope, or otherwise unsuitable for our team.
4. Scheduling and Service Windows
We will make reasonable efforts to provide service on your scheduled service day or within your assigned service window. However, exact arrival times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, holidays, route changes, safety concerns, staffing, equipment issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
If service must be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide the next available service date.
5. Property Access
You are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the service area, including:
- Unlocked gates or other arranged entry access
- Safe walking surfaces
- Clear access free of hazards or obstructions
- Secure containment of aggressive or loose animals
If we are unable to safely access the property, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled and may still be subject to a service charge.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep all pets restrained or secured if needed for technician safety
- Inform us of any aggressive pets, property hazards, broken gates, or special access instructions
- Maintain a reasonably safe yard, including notifying us of sharp objects, holes, excessive mud, standing water, or other hazards
- Notify us if there are changes to pet count, yard conditions, address, billing details, or service needs
Failure to disclose unsafe conditions may result in suspension or termination of service.
7. Initial Cleanups
If an initial cleanup is offered, the scope of that cleanup is based on normal residential accumulation unless otherwise stated. Excessively overgrown yards, neglected properties, large-volume accumulations, or unusual site conditions may require an additional fee or separate quote.
Initial clean-ups start at $145 for the first hour for standard yards up to 1/4 acre. Yards over 1/4 acre are billed at $75 per additional 30 minutes.
Any advertised “free initial cleanup” applies only under the specific promotional conditions stated at the time of signup and may be withdrawn or modified at any time for future customers.
8. Recurring Service Plans
Recurring service may be offered on weekly, twice-weekly, biweekly, or other intervals depending on availability.
Recurring service automatically continues until canceled in accordance with these Terms. By signing up for recurring service, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to your selected billing cycle.
Missed visits caused by weather, holidays, access issues, or unsafe conditions do not necessarily entitle you to a refund. At our discretion, we may reschedule, credit, or adjust service where appropriate.
9. One-Time Services
One-time service is subject to availability and may require advance payment. One-time services are non-recurring unless you separately enroll in a recurring plan.
10. Pricing and Billing
Pricing is based on factors that may include:
- Number of dogs or other applicable pets
- Service frequency
- Yard size and condition
- Initial cleanup volume
- Property location
- Add-on services
All prices are subject to change. For recurring customers, we will provide reasonable notice before any material pricing change takes effect.
Payment is due according to the billing terms provided at signup. You authorize Scoop Paw Doo LLC. to charge your card or other approved payment method for services, late fees, reactivation fees, and approved add-ons.
Returned payments, failed charges, or delinquent accounts may result in suspended or canceled service.
11. Late Payments
If payment is not received when due, we may:
- Retry the payment method on file
- Pause future services
- Require prepayment for future visits
- Charge a reasonable late fee or returned payment fee where permitted by law
You remain responsible for amounts owed for services already performed.
12. Cancellations
You may cancel service by providing notice through our approved contact methods. Cancellation requests are effective only after confirmation from us.
Unless otherwise stated in your service plan:
- Cancellations made after route planning or after a technician has been dispatched may be charged
- Same-day cancellations may be treated as a completed visit
- No-shows or inaccessible properties may be charged
If you are on a recurring plan, cancellation will stop future billing after any final applicable charges are processed.
13. Pauses and Skipped Service
Service pauses may be available at our discretion. If service is paused for an extended period, a restart fee or new initial cleanup fee may apply when service resumes.
If we arrive and cannot complete service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or other customer-caused issues, the visit may still be charged.
14. Weather and Force Majeure
We may delay, reschedule, or cancel service due to severe weather, hazardous conditions, natural disasters, route closures, public emergencies, equipment failures, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
15. Yard Conditions and Service Limitations
We are not responsible for conditions that limit service quality, including but not limited to:
- Excessive leaves, snow, ice, tall grass, mud, or flooding
- Hidden or buried waste
- Waste obscured by landscaping or debris
- Inaccessible fenced sections or locked areas
We will use reasonable care in performing service, but we do not guarantee removal of every piece of waste in conditions where visibility or access is limited.
16. Technician Safety
Our technicians may refuse, stop, or postpone service if they encounter unsafe conditions, including aggressive animals, hazardous materials, dangerous weather, unstable ground, broken gates, needles, human waste, pests, or other risks.
Safety-related service refusals do not waive your responsibility for applicable visit charges where a trip was made or route space was reserved.
17. Disposal of Waste
Unless otherwise agreed, collected waste may be bagged and placed in the customer’s on-site trash receptacle or otherwise disposed of according to our operational practices and applicable local requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining a functional trash receptacle if on-site disposal is part of your service arrangement.
18. Sanitizing and Deodorizing Services
Any sanitizing, deodorizing, or yard treatment service is intended to help reduce odors or improve cleanliness, but it is not a guarantee of complete disinfection, sterilization, disease elimination, or pest removal.
You understand that outdoor conditions, weather, organic material, and pet activity can affect the results of sanitation-related services.
19. Satisfaction Policy
If you believe a scheduled service was not completed properly, you must notify us within 24 hours of the visit. We may, at our discretion, inspect, re-service, offer a partial credit, or provide another reasonable resolution.
Failure to report a concern within that period may waive your claim for that visit.
20. No Poop Left Behind — Guaranteed
Scoop Paw Doo stands behind its service with its No Poop Left Behind — Guaranteed promise.
If you notify us within 24 hours of service that pet waste was missed in the agreed service area, we will make reasonable efforts to return and address the issue at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply when:
- The missed area was inaccessible at the time of service
- New waste appeared after service
- The area was not included in the agreed service zone
- Unsafe conditions prevented full completion
- Waste was hidden by tall grass, debris, snow, mud, leaves, or other visibility limitations
21. No Veterinary, Medical, or Environmental Advice
Our services are for waste removal and related yard care only. We do not provide veterinary, medical, public health, environmental engineering, or legal advice. Any statements on our website or in our marketing are for general informational purposes only.
22. Property Damage Claims
You must report any claim for property damage within 48 hours of the service visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, ordinary wear and tear, or damage resulting from defective gates, fences, latches, landscaping, irrigation systems, or unsafe property conditions not caused by us.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoop Paw Doo LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
24. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scoop Paw Doo LLC. and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
- Unsafe property conditions
- Undisclosed hazards
- Aggressive or unsecured animals
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of our services
25. Photos and Service Verification
We may use service verification methods, including notes, timestamps, or gate photos, to document service completion. By using our services, you consent to reasonable operational documentation of the service area, gates, and yard access points for customer communication, quality control, and dispute resolution.
We will not intentionally publish personally identifying customer information without permission, except as required by law.
26. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails from us, including scheduling updates, billing notices, and service confirmations. Marketing communications may be subject to your opt-out rights under applicable law.
27. Website Use
If you use our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with site operations
- Copy, scrape, or misuse website content
- Submit false or misleading information
All website content, branding, logos, text, and graphics are the property of Scoop Paw Doo LLC. unless otherwise noted.
28. Promotions and Offers
Any promotion, guarantee, discount, or offer is subject to the specific terms stated with that offer. Promotions are non-transferable, may be modified or discontinued, and may be limited by service area, property condition, customer status, or other eligibility criteria.
29. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate service immediately, with or without notice, if:
- Payment is overdue
- Access is repeatedly unavailable
- Conditions are unsafe
- A pet presents a safety risk
- You violate these Terms
- We discontinue service in your area
Termination does not waive your obligation to pay for services already rendered.
30. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith by contacting the other party directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington, unless otherwise required by law.
Washington consumer protection laws may apply to services offered to consumers in the state.
31. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scoop Paw Doo LLC. regarding the services described here, except for any separate written agreement signed by both parties.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on our website or otherwise provided to customers, unless a later effective date is stated.
